a little bit of this, a little bit of that

Well, as we find ourselves here in Feb. 2009 so much is on our minds. The most present is the daily task of school. Maridith and I taking full loads and some how God has taken care of our every need. Really it is amazing how he has allowed us to study, live, and work on the money that HE has blessed us with. School is going well and we both will say that this semester's classes are both enjoyable and educational. We know that this is a unique time that God has given us to cash in another semester. Next I would like to give God praise for working out so many details with the April mission trips to Honduras. Maridith and I have had good time with both groups form TN and GA. Please be in prayer for this trip. We still have so much to do to get ready for these trips. If you would like more information on this let me know. I am also glad to tell you that Maridith has gotten her plane ticket for the Peru trip and will be traveling to Puerto Maldonado the 18th of this month. She will be there for three weeks. Please join me in prayer as I pray for her. She is very bold in doing this and I am exceedingly proud of her. Last but not least, I would like to inform everyone that Maridith and I will be attending French language school in Massey, France this Aug-Dec as part of our training and preparations for the Echelon team that will be in Africa in 2011. If you don't know what that is stay tuned and we will keep you updated and more on Echelon will follow. We have to get our registrations in this month as well as make our first payment and buy our plane tickets. This will be a cost or approximately $3200 dollars. We are fund raising this $3200 so if you can support us in any way with any amount send a tax deductible check made out to Snowbird with "the Lanes" in the memo. These can be mailed to us at Bobby and Maridith Lane, 75 Mae Johnson Way, Andrews NC 28901.

We love y'all,
The Lanes
